SPECIES - NOVEMBER

Ascocentrum miniatum   ----A miniature, but blooms several times a year, with hundreds of orange flower

Bulbophyllum fascinator --- An unique Bulbophyllum species, which blooms several times a year on each new growth, and rapidly grows into specimen plant. Native to Far East.

Dendrobium loddigesii ---a small rambling plant, which forms dense mats. The small fragrant flowers usually appear in the late fall or early winter.

Grammatophyllum measurianum --- is from the Philippines. Grows into a moderate large size plant, psuedobulbs can grow up to 12" with two foot leaves. Bloom spike is usually several feet long, with numerous extremely long lasting flowers. This species blooms white to light beige, with light brown/maroon blotches and spots. Easy to grow in either a warm or intermediate temperature range (45F to 95F)

SPECIES - DECEMBER


Brassavola perrinii-----A cousin of The famed "Lady of the Night". The dorsal sepal and petals are chartreuse, Lip is white. During the day, the flowers are also fragrant.

Pomatocalpa bicolor----From Philippines, with flowerabout half an inch in diameter and yellowish-green in color, often has purplish spots. The flowers are slightly fragrant and the flowering period extends for about two months, during the period of spring through late summer.

Neofinetia falcata-----Cute little miniature from Japan. Fragrant. Grows like a Vanda.

Phalaenopsis curvifolium ---- A species from Philippines. Blooms on a spade shaped inflorescence throughout the year. Typical Phal culture.

Blc. Liese Pigors X Lc. Drumbeat----Several large Lavender flowers on compact growth. Blooms several times a year on each new growth.

Encyclia Nursery Rhyme----Very prolific bloomer and very fragrant. member of Cattleya Alliance. The parents are Encyclia cordigera X Epidendrum atronecium

PAPHIOPEDILUM HYBRIDS ----Previously bloomed Paphiopedilums ("Lady Slippers") from our collection. Our grower will pick a robust vini colored "Paph" to add to your collection

Phal (Golden Peoker x Carmela Spots) "Mini Compot"----A newly released Phalaenopsis hybrid. Expecting yellow/gold to bronze colored flower, with spots. Flowers are 4-5 inches. Seedling cross each plant will flower slightly different from its siblings . We will select three big seedlings and pot them in a mini-compot for you.

Oncidium Sharry Baby "Mini Compot"----The "Chocolate Orchid". This is a remake of the original so each plant will flower slightly different from its siblings. We will select three big seedlings and pot them in a mini-compot for you.
