This species is found only in the Philippine Islands. It grows in shaded, humid locations in lowland forests. It thrives in year around moisture, and intermediate to warm temperatures. Long lasting flowers and reliable bloomer in the spring. Slight cooler temperatures in winter produce exceptional number of flowers. Grows rapidly into specimen size plant.
