Packing
All plants shipped bare root or in pots at our discretion.
Good shipping boxes are recycled.
Therefore, printing on boxes,
size
and number of boxes may vary per order.
Shipping
At checkout, You choose the Shipping method.
The cart is linked to USPS and FedEx Rate Calculators,
for real time rate calculations. We recommend US Post Service Priority Mail,
as it travels on the weekends. A work address is best in areas, where it is below 45F, during winter days.
Delivery Schedule Unless delayed due to weather or our travels,
we usually process and ship orders, within ten business days.
We normally ship on Mondays and Tuesday (occasionally Wednesday -for Express Mail/FedEx Overnight
or nearby USPS Priority Mail).
An advisory email will be sent when your package is shipped. Please insure your spam filters will allow emails from clanorchids.com and verizon.net.
During Christmas Rush, (Dec. 15 to Jan. 5), plant shipments only by USPS Express or FedEx.
USPS Priority Shipments, during this period, will be held, until after Jan 7.
