POTTING MEDIA is your choice, Bulbophyllums do well mounted or potted on loose, well drained materials.

BLOOM PERIOD, in the USA, is usually on the matured growth in the Spring, or early Fall.

TEMPERATURE RANGE is 45 F to 95 F

WATERING should be heavy during growth period (Spring/Summer) and light after growth has matured (Late Fall to Winter)

LIGHT CONDITIONS are bright shade to direct morning sun.

FERTILIZERS should be balanced, according to media, and fed quarter strength at each watering.

VENTILATION should be adequate to keep leaves dry

INSECTS and DISEASES are not major problems. Scale and MealyBugs can be handled with your insect control program. Leaf fungus can be prevented with routine application of your favorite fungicide.
