One of the "Antelope" Dendrobium types because of their highly twisted petals. This species is found throughout New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, and into North Queensland in Australia. The pseudobulbs can grow up to four feet, but are usually 2 to 3 feet, with flower spikes bearing up to 16 well spaced 2 to 3 inch flowers. Enjoys a lot of water, light, humidity, and fertilizer during the spring and summer
