Should be grown as a terrestial, more than epiphytically. No psuedobulbs so watering is critical. Does not like to be dry, nor watered overhead. Tolerates warm/intermediate conditions with ventilation, prefers slightly cooler temperatures. Leaves suspectible to fungal spotting in stagnant air, and sunburn if grown in bright light.
